Unfair Warranty Claim Resolution - Beware

I purchased this mattress 10 months ago, trusting the Macys and brand’s claim of a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, a manufacturing defect was identified by their own testing team, confirming it wasn't caused by improper use. Despite this, Macy's is only offering me a 50% refund, which is unacceptable and not in line with their warranty policy. when I didn't accept and want to talk with manager, they kept me on hold for 2 hour without connecting to anyone. This feels like a scam as they are not honoring the terms they advertise. I strongly advise others to avoid buying the mattresses from Macys unless they improve their practices and take responsibility for their defective products.
