Defective Merchandise

Quality control. The first gown should have not left the factory. But then it should have been noticed before it was shipped from Macy's because the largest flaw is front and center. Your return policy does not allow for defective merchandise.

Runs Big

I'm 5'4", 180 lbs. I ordered this in an XXL which normally fits me. I should have ordered this in an XL - it runs big. The armholes are huge. It also comes down to my knee. The actual color of the nightgown is a much darker gray.
