Wrong model number

I blame Macy’s, not All Clad. I purchased this frying pan set online. The cheaper, thinner model was sent to me rather than what I purchased. I contacted customer support through online chat. Supposedly the ones I ordered are on their way… We’ll see. The originals took over three weeks to arrive. Now the correct ones are not here for my holiday cooking. Very disappointed.
