What a perfect pot!

I love the All Clad 8 quart stock pot. I've recently used it to reduce a gallon of cider to a syrup to add to my apple pie for turbo charged apple flavor. The wide bottomed, heavy pot enabled me to do this much more quickly than I had been able to do with my old pot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Well made and easy to clean

Very pleased with the weight and construction of this pot. Have not had a chance to use this pot yet - but am hopeful that it will perform as well as other All Clad cookware I already own.
