NOT A GOOD PRODUCT

DO NOT BUY. Horrible product, does not hold up at all. Customer service refuses to give me a refund and continuously argues with me. Do better Macys!

Very disappointing

This pillow is definitely not medium/firm. Along with that, every picture of this product shows two pillows. There was only one pillow in the box. What a rip off.

The ad is very misleading , I thought I was getting 2 pillows. I got one and not very happy with it . The pillow is lacking filling inside goes flat quickly.

Pillow dimensions

The firm pillow is made more firm by having to be stuffed into a standard size pillow case. The tight fit doesn't allow for the pillow to settle down a bit. Therefore, the pillow seems stiff.

Poor Pillows

Did not like these pillows. The covering is more like plastic than fabric and crackles when moved.

I bought this for my husband because it said it was cooling. My husband loves this pillow. I purchased queen size for him. He said, "it's nice, comfortable, and I don't sweat." I am going to purchase a King size for my son-in-law because he hates his current pillow, as it keeps him too hot. Hopefully, this will be the perfect pillow for him too.
