beautiful but everything sticks disappointing

This pan was beautiful in the description. Heavy weight thought this would be the perfect pan. Have tried twice to make an omelette on five on electric stove. It stuck so horribly. Tried again and again it stuck. This is very frustrating. I spent quite a bit on this pan. Which would be fine if it actually could be used without all the sticking. Also the inside of this skillet is brushed not polished. Any suggestions to help it not stick? Purchase at your own risk

Just had it for about a week. I am yet to cook many different foods on it. I am confident that it will perform well. Excellent pan! Looks good and cooks well. I love the pan.
