Voided Shipment made my wife cry

My wife placed an order for this towel sets, and the website shows that it shifts. When we check the tracking information, it says that a label was created and then voided. When my wife called to find out the status of the order she was told it would be reshipped and should be delivered by November 31st. I would like to point out that there is no 31st of November. Also, this would not be a re ship since it was never shipped in the first place. Having to deal with this has made my wife cry, so thanks for that.

I really like these towels! They are nice and plush, though a bit thinner than some other towels I have had. They’ve held up well over time and are a great size.

American Soft Linen Bekos Premium 100 Turkish Cott

I've just received these towels and have begun to use them, but so far I have not laundered them. They appear to be quite soft and absorbent, which I like.
