Great product poor service

I ordered these as a Christmas gift for my wife. I knew I was close to Christmas so paid the extra $15 for 2 day delivery. I ordered on the 21st. The earrings arrived the day after Christmas. Complaints went unanswered. Will never shop at Macys again.
