Not so happy with it

I love the amethyst, however, the bracelet snags my sweaters and clothes. I’m traveling overseas now and for the next few months otherwise I would have returned it.

I love it. it's a gift from my husband and other amethyst products. But, this one is soo beautiful. I wish it came with white gold. I love it.

Stones are falling apart

I bought this bracelet as New Year gift for my wife. It has very inconvenient locking mechanism which is opens all the time. And the worst part that 2 stones fall apart after 1 month of wearing. Unfortunately for me 30 days for return are passed and I did not find a way to reach out to support, Call did not give me an option discuss an existing order that is already delivered.

No questions allowed by customer service

Bracelet is for granddaughter. No idea if kid will wear it. Looks OK. Hit apply Star Rewards at time of purchase. Checkout said rewards applied. Credit card did not apply. Called customer service. Agent would not let me speak! Never had a conversation, every time I tried to speak, the agent started talking over me. I've purchased at least $20K worth of jewelry in the last eight years for granddaughters. No more from this store! They sell nothing I can't buy elsewhere and at a better price. This store will spend more than the $40 on mailers, which I will toss. All I wanted was to ask about the Star Rewards program.
