Comfy but with latent defect

Bought these 12/30/16. One of the more comfortable boots I've owned. Dressy, true to size, perfect fit through leg and calf (I'm 5' 8"). Wore about 6-9 times last year. Pulled out of closet for this winter season which started late here in NY and wore twice so far. Today the heel completely fell off. I have to suspect manufacturer defect, but not a happy camper. I drive to & from work, and drive to & from affairs - places that I've worn them, so very low mileage and use. Am contacting store and hoping they or the manufacturer will stand behind the product. It's disappointing to spend better money for a better product and not even get enough mileage for new lifts on the heels.

Very Classy/Comfy Anne Klein Dress Boots

These boots are by far my favorite boots now! They are the perfect heel height for all day/night wear! They fit perfect, true to size on my feet as well as the calf area. The lion head hardware on the side adds the perfect touch whether you want to dress up or down these boots are the way to go!! GREAT sale price also. I'm extremely delighted with this purchase, Anne Klein doesn't disappoint, neither does Macy's!

Amazing boots!!

Comfortable, true to size and great looking boots. They are very classy and will look great with anything you wear!! Love them and the calf is perfect as many do not fit around my legs. The extra width is perfection!!!

Nice boot

These boots are nice but the stretch part seem to crease when they're on causing the boot to look defective. I will have to return them.

Too wide around my calf.

My legs are pretty thin. Otherwise, the fit and overall look were great. I'm sad to returns these.

Very nice Style for the Price

Great Quality Leather with the Stretch fabric in the back. Heel comfortable and the AK (gold) logo is a nice bling! The sizing are true - 8 med fits my small calf previously ordered a 8 1/2 but the 8 fit much better -on my foot (toe area) and Calf much better. Toe area (Almond shape provides plenty of Toe wiggle room. 8 verses the 8 1/2 normal sizing wearing.

Looks like wide calf

The circumference was wider than 13". I measured and it was actually 16". There was a huge gap between my leg and the top of the boot. Plus the shaft height was longer than 14". It was morf like 15". Nice leather, but otherwise the measurements are wrong. I wish Macy's would carry a boot with a shorter shaft for shorter gals. I always have a problem with the shaft being too long that it hits my knee cap or partially covers my knee.
