WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS

I am sorry but something went wrong with the proportions and I should have ordered a size down. The shoulders and arms are large fitting and the bottom is snug by comparison. So I bailed on this one. I love a lot of Anne Klein's clothes and the basic design IS great. You're best off skipping to another coat or ordering a size down.

The 8th One Was Perfect !

I bought this in CAMEL, SIZE 2. (5'7", 120 lbs), and it is chic and soft and gorgeous, with plenty of room for a sweater and my broad shoulders. ;^P HOWEVER ... I had to order 8 (EIGHT) coats to get one that fit properly and was sewn well, with buttons aligned, plump fabric and clean. (One coat arrived badly stained on the sleeve and back.) NOTE: I find I have to order multiples of an item when I shop anywhere, not just Macy's, because each coat has been made by a different person -- not an easy task by any means, but at this price point I shouldn't have to order EIGHT coats to find one that is worth the money. Anyway, I absolutely LOVE the coat that I kept. Beautiful fabric and color and softness from the added cashmere. Very stylish but best for cool, not cold, weather.

Save your money! Shop a better quality brand

HUGE disappointment, both re Anne Klein and Macy's. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my niece. Very low quality product which scars both brands. This coat is NOT double breasted -- it only has one closure button, so it looks like the coat is sized too small for the wearer. Fabric is rough and scratchy. A big rip off for the price. Returning this immediately.

Bad quality and Style for the Price point

Being a lifetime shopper at Macy's, this jacket was highly disappointing in terms of style and quality. It is extremely lightweight(might weigh close to puffer down jacket), have threads coming out of the buttons, and does not have holes for 1 button. Also, usually Anne Klien merchandise fits very nice and are stylish but this one is an exception. It fits like a box. .Definitely returning this.
