Macy's Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!

Macy's Customer Service is TERRIBLE!! For starters sending it overseas is a disaster. The communication gap is enormous. Second-I was lied to several times. For example I was told that I would be receiving a call on Wednesday morning at 9 A.M. That was today. I never received that call!! A different representative promised to call last Monday. That never happened. I did receive a call at 10.28 P.M. from you. It said spam risk. No message. I knew it was Macy's because when I later saw the caller I.D.-I recognized the number. On the bright side, Yvonne did call me back after her system crashed. She was amazing!! Very helpful. That is how I recognized your phone number. I was told by your representative in Mexico (I think her name was Sophia) that I would be receiving a call on Wednesday morning at 9 A.M. She told me that her supervisor approved twenty dollars in Star rewards to cover my order after all the trouble I was having. She said she could not place the order because "sometimes this happens with very expensive orders or with very inexpensive orders". She then said "I will call you-not this Wednesday-the following Wednesday" which would have been this morning. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL!!! This is the order I was attempting to place: Sedona Kitchen Sedona Kitchen Pro Stainless Steel 1.5-Qt. Saucepan with Glass Lid Color: Silver Web ID: 12419134 Qty Quantity is decremented to 1 $13.99 $27.99 Offer: SHOP -$1.40 Total $12.59 I was supposed to get 25% OFF from my Birthday coupon. I was also told that my five dollar Birthday coupon would be added to my star rewards when I ordered the jewelry as she forgot to use it. I have no idea if any of my Star rewards or coupons worked out correctly. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I SPENT HOURS ON THIS AND LOTS OF UNNECESSARY STRESS!!
