Great Customer Service

I bought this at the Macys in Murray Utah and Hebert or Hector (I forget), was a great employee he was warm and positive and smiling the whole time, I was grateful for a good experience.

Disappointed

Looks nice on but the lining in the sleeves is too long and had to be pushed in each time I wear coat. Poorly made. Disappointed.
