Sleeves too roomy for petite frame

I'm 5' 2", 125 lbs with normal-sized arms for my weight. I tried the PS since it's my usual size. Everything was perfect except the sleeves were way too roomy. I need to size down to a PXS.

So soft and comfortable!

This is a nice-quality blazer that feels like a medium-weight cardigan but looks like a blazer. So nice for work. I am 5'2 and 117. I ordered a PS but should have ordered a PP. It is a little big on me, but that's an issue I am having more often depending on the brand and cut of the item. Unfortunately, it is sold out.
