Don’t buy

Got my shoes and just disappointed. I had not even put the shoes on and the straps that are located on the toes were detached. Somehow the straps came off the glue on both of the shoes. So sad, the shoes were comfortable and true to size. The quality for this shoes is not there. Don’t waste your time and money.

Cute but not that comfortable. Some of the straps are not comfortable so they cut into your feet or toes.

Previously worn.

I was wondering when it would be my turn to receive shoes that had been previously worn, after reading some reviews that stated this happened to other people. I've been very lucky thus far until now. The shoes looked very cute! As I was trying on the first one, the elastic under the buckle strap seemed stretched out making it impossible to buckle. But why?? Turned the shoe over to see the dirty bottom and I the I knew. They had been previously worn and the person wearing them had stretched out the elastic under the buckle. Better care to check that returned products have NOT been used before would of prevented this from happening to me; I would of kept the shoes. Instead, I have to pack them up, print a label, and drive to UPS to return them. It's NOT the shoes fault though. Please, Macy's Returns Dept., especially check this for shoes. Sadly, I'm sure you get a lot of this being done. Not all people are honest.

Anne Klein Mackenzie sandals - color is wrong

A beautiful sandal that fits perfectly (sz 7M). However, the color listed online as being WHITE, is labelled on the box as being BONE (which is what they actually are). I needed white sandals, so these are going back

Back they went!

So cute, but so cheap and uncomfortable. They felt like the straps would break very soon. They were hard at the ball of my foot.
