Great Pan!

I had an Anolon cake pan, but we moved and the lid was somehow misplaced. So, I wanted to replace. I kept the other pan, to use for things that wouldn't require a lid. I love Anolon for their quality cookware.

Love this pan.

First cake I cooked was a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. An ultimate test. Cake did not stick at all. Cleanup was a snap. Love this pan. Thinking about buying some for gifts.
