What a difference
Used today to make scrambled eggs and they turned out perfect. Didn’t slide around in pan as some non stick pans.

Great pan set
Already had one. Happy with the product that's why we bought a second set. Saved $$ on sale.

Still Going Strong After 2 Years—Great Quality!
We’ve been using this Anolon set regularly for over two years, and it’s held up beautifully! The nonstick surface still performs incredibly well—as long as you take care of it. Just be sure to avoid metal utensils or abrasive sponges, and they’ll stay in great shape. The pans heat evenly, clean up easily, and look gorgeous on the stove (we got the bronze set, which is stunning in person). The handles are comfortable to grip and stay cool while cooking. This is a great investment set that feels durable and premium. Many other reviewers agree—these pans are long-lasting, reliable, and make cooking more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re ready to upgrade your cookware!

Not induction compatible
I bought these to replace a previous set of Anolon that I liked very much. Went to use for the first time and saw that my stove had turned off. Turned it back on and the "U" was flashing. Sure enough, these are lacking the disc on the bottom that the old ones had that makes them induction compatible. I guess this is on me, but in this day and age I don't know why a premium cookware maker like Anolon would still be making cookware that isn't induction compatible.
Thinner Metal
Replacing a wok that had thicker guage metal and a long handle on one side. Don't make them like they used to.

Bad product!!
I bought these fryers because I thought they were great for the price and that they would last me a long time. I bought them 3 weeks ago and washed the outside because they were already covered in burnt grease and that was the result. I used everything to clean the cheapest ones I have and they are still good!!
Disappointed with pain quality
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the cookware set I purchased on February 21, 2025. I chose these pans specifically because they were advertised as hard-anodized and durable, expecting them to hold up well with proper care. I’ve been extremely cautious, using only silicone utensils. However, my husband recently used a hard plastic spatula—not metal—and the pan surface still scratched. I’m shocked by how easily the finish was damaged, especially given that these pans are marketed for their toughness and supposed scratch resistance. My previous set of Anolon pans lasted for years without any issues, and I was hoping for similar performance. I feel very let down by this experience, especially so soon after purchase.
