Excellent

I bought the 8.5 Analon X pan it's the best size for me.. And I am in Love ..this pan is Awesome..don't even need oii..but do make sure your oven is balanced it makes a difference..especially if you rent or are using your appliances for the first time.. But I love what I bought..just might buy a bigger one..???

Beautiful and functional

This pan is stellar! Cooking an omelet for 2 the other day and you barely need any utensil or spatula at all, it's incredibly non-stick. And the bronze color is gorgeous, I wish I had known it was available when I bought the 8" gray frying pan - although that color is fine too. Love this pan!

Durable cookware

This is my 2nd Anolon pan of this size. The original was heavily used and the bottom became rough from use on a gas stove with iron grates. However the inside remained non-stick and in good shape.

Great omelet pan

After using a sauce pan made by Anolon of my brothers and seeing how well it worked I had to get a frying pan to make omelets. As I expected this pan is perfect cooks evenly and they slide right out.

Classic cooking

As with my other Anolon skillets I find this one to beperfrct, durable non stick with great best distribution. I do find that it seems an inch smaller than other 10.25 skillets I have.
