It’s been over a month

It’s been over a month with daily use and the first liter of water every day is very cloudy, then subsequent use produces clear water. First 3 years the system worked fine. Followed all instructions installing first 3 filters, then filters 4 & 5.

Love System but APEC Not Helpful with Defective Part

There is a connection piece that keeps leaking and APEC will not replace it they want us to buy it & it has leaked here several times. We are unhappy about this as they do not seem to back up their expensive system when there is an issue. It is a defective part. We love the Reverse Osmosi system though.

Slower than molasses

It took forever to get here. Also one of the filters are not working properly because the water is not dispersing as much as my 4 gallon tank will hold.

Good Quality Filters But. . . .

The filters seem to be of good quality and if you wrestle with the 3 main filters you'll eventually get them open and changed, HOWEVER selling the replacement membrane is a joke. If you manage to get the housing open without cracking it or ruining the connections you won't be able to get it back together without it leaking. You really need to sell the membrane in the housing so it's a simple matter of switching tubes.

Replacement Filters

placing the order was easy. Replacing the filters was relatively easy, shut off the valve on tank, relieve the pressure in system, a few twist on the filters. It took about 10 minutes to take the filters off, wash the filter housings, and install the replacements. Just follow the directions that come with the filters and it should go smooth.

O rings and filters

Both O rings and filters were easy to install. It took about 2 hours to complete and drain excess powder from carbon filters.
