Pretty Item, but Disappointed

Overall this is a very pretty item with excellent quality in it's construction. I am very disappointed as I wanted these for a long time. My disappointment is that the ear wires are so thick I could not get them into my pierced ear. All I could do was hold it up to my ear to see how it might look. The large diamond cz is very large with wonderful sparkle. However, it is too large and looks more like costume jewelry than fine jewelry. The small cz diamonds in the gold setting are so tiny you almost cannot see them with the naked eye and there does not appear to be any sparkle due to the tiny size. There is a lot of gold weight and feel to the entire earring. The posts or wires are thicker than any I have seen or worn...this was unusual. Since I cannot get them into my ear, they were returned. I can only recommend them for those who like large cz diamonds and have large pierced ear holes for them to fit into.
