I love it!

I received the Arch Studio Carbon Steel Nonstick 13” Roaster and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. I’ve used it several times already, and it produces a perfectly roasted chicken every time. The heat distribution is excellent, which helps the chicken cook evenly and come out juicy with a beautifully roasted exterior. Another thing I really appreciate is the nonstick surface—nothing sticks, and cleanup is incredibly easy. If you enjoy making roasted chicken or oven-roasted meals, I would absolutely recommend this roaster. It’s well-designed, reliable, and makes cooking and cleanup simple.

Great addition to our kitchen

I'm quite impressed with this roaster, it seems sturdy, well crafted and not too heavy at all. The curved corner also allowed easier clean up and the handles on side was a nice addition and big enough to fit my small oven mitt. Personally, I'd like it to be a bit larger in size and a bit deeper. As seen in the picture, it's only slightly larger than the chicken. I used foil for the bottom liner and hand washed it, so I'm not sure whether the bottom is truly non-stick and how well it cleans in the dishwasher. It is a nice addition to my cooking pan collection.

Great product!

I like the size and quality of this product. Used it twice since getting it and have no complaints! It washes well which is a big plus. I plan on buying another one for the times when I cook multiple things.

Great quality, love the rack to allow it to not sit in the juices. It’s the perfect size for a small turkey or a chicken, even a ham. Had plenty of room for veggies. I can’t wait to make another family dinner with it.
