PROS: well built pan, even flat bottom, cooks evenly.
Good weight and balance. We have trouble with very heavy pans and these are still manageable and handles are not awkward. Cleans easily.
CAUTIONS: Important to learn about the care of stainless steel pans ( ESPECIALLY if you have had non stick or others) There is a learning curve. Seems silly to say if you have been cooking for many years but....Watch a video. Care and steps seemed a bit much at first but then you get use to it and it is fine.
Wanted to use these on smooth cooktop Heat pan first. ( I test with a drop of water to be sure its at the right heat) Then add fats etc. Do not cook on very high heat. No not use metal utensils. Remember to soak in hot water when finished using the pan, and it will clean easily. Interior bottoms do not stay shiny perfect as when purchased- especially if you forget and use a metal utensil) , but still cook well . Best to hand wash.
Nothing is perfect, but would buy again.
