Love the pan
I have a really big version of this pan that I love! So I decided to get a medium version also. Love it too! Oven safe. Cleans well in dishwasher. Cooks well. Looks great after years of use - based on my larger pan.

I’ve had these pans for 20 years. Over time the clad bottoms on some of them has come loose and begun to separate from the pan. I would not purchase this style again, preferring a pan that is all one piece. I rxpected these to last a lifetime and wish I had kept my old Revereware.

Thank you for sharing your long-term experience with the MCPS-12N cookware set. While bonded bases are designed for durability, separation can occur over extended use, and discontinuing use of affected pans is recommended. Please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8900515110, so our team can review your cookware and discuss available support options.

An excellent starter set. Between this set and a few pieces I’ve picked up along the way combined with my cast-iron skillets I everything I need.

I’ve owned my Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless pans for nearly ten years, which I think says a lot right there. These are solid, well-made pans that deliver excellent performance for the price — as long as you understand how to use stainless steel correctly. When I first bought them, I didn’t. Like many people, I assumed stainless worked like nonstick. Over time, I learned that these pans are effectively non-stick if you preheat them properly and add oil before cooking. Once I figured that out, they performed beautifully: great searing, even heat distribution, and reliable results across everything from eggs to meats and sauces. Where things went wrong was user error — twice. First, I warped a couple of pans by running cold water over them while they were still hot. That’s on me, not the cookware. Stainless with an aluminum core doesn’t love thermal shock, and I learned that lesson the hard way. Second, I damaged the rims by routinely putting the pans in the dishwasher. Cuisinart states they’re dishwasher safe if you use a non-lemon detergent — which sounds reasonable in theory, but in practice is confusing. It’s not at all clear which detergents qualify, and over time the dishwasher eroded the exposed aluminum at the rims. That left sharp stainless edges, which is frustrating and something Cuisinart could communicate better. That said, even with those mistakes, these pans held up impressively well for nearly a decade of regular use. The construction is excellent, the cooking performance is consistent, and the value is hard to beat compared to higher-priced stainless brands. One maintenance tip that made a big difference: Bar Keepers Friend. When these pans pick up heat stains or discoloration (which stainless inevitably does), Bar Keepers Friend brings them back to looking nearly new with minimal effort. It’s especially useful after high-heat cooking and is safe for stainless when used as directed. I consider it essential if you own these pans.

Found Much Better Price Elsewhere
I found a much better price elsewhere - saved $80.00. Also when I bought online and when I went to the store, to cancel it I had to pay for it first then return it. Because of that I was able to see the box. It had previously been returned and the box was in very bad shape. Who knows about the contents.

1 month agoDurable, smooth, even heating
This is my first stainless steel set after many years of non-stick pans. So far they heat quickly and evenly, and they have a heavy, durable feel to them. They're a lot smaller than my nonstick cuisinart set so I'm still getting used to cooking with a smaller circumference but a higher lip. They're relatively easy to clean, but the pans develop residue/burnt grease issues fairly easy so far. I've learned that barkeepers friend works pretty well to get rid of stubborn stains. I haven't had a problem with things sticking, just with sauces or oils leaving residue that requires an extra step to clean.

1 month ago10 inch fry warped in the first month
Thought because I was going the extra mile and buying a good set I wouldn't have such extreme issues so early on. My 10 inch fry which is my all purpose pan has warped in the first month of owning this set. This is heartbreaking and honestly would recommend against buying this set because of this. The other pans are fine, but without a good 10 inch fry what's the point of buying the set. I'm giving this 2 stars because the other pans are fine at least. Very disappointed in this set though.

Multiclad Pro Cookware is Awesome!
Love the new pot and pan set! I’ve already added several additional pieces. The pots are very well made and durable. They clean up nicely.
