Perfect replacement recliners

Wanted updated pair of recliners to replace Ethan Allen leather chairs we’d had for 20 years. Very happy with this pair purchased— the right brown color needed to blend in with rest of L. Room decor. Delivery date scheduled for within 1 week of purchase. Accurate delivery time as well. Each chair well wrapped in packing and cardboard box.”Some assembly required”. We did have to screw on the legs and also slide the back of recliner into the grooves-(easily done). Very pleased purchased pair. Also purchased while on sale.

Awesome

I have been looking for a chair for my husband for a long time and I finally found it at Macy’s! It is perfect - a recliner that is not so large and bulky. It has an old world style with the nail heads that perfectly fits my room. I don’t like the new large, square, boxy furniture that is so popular today. Thank you Macy’s!

Fabulous

A beautiful recliner!! The delivery people were the absolute best. Polite and kind. They went above and beyond to help me (I’m a senior citizen). Will definitely get all my furniture from Macys!! 😊❤️

Recliner

Am unhappy this recliner seat stretches and is all wrinkled after only having it 1 month. There is also screw on the foot part that feels like it will pop thru soon. They have changed the inspection date further down the line not happy i would not recommend this chair

BE CAREFUL......

Exchanged and the second one is worse than the first one!!! Lopsided back...lopsided seat.... several defects does not stay in posotion....I am requesting a pick-up and refund......getting run around. Looks like I will have to take this to the "legal" level.

I love my chair. It is very comfortable as well as attractive. I did not receive any paperwork though and would like it, specifically the warranty.

Chair failed

I first purchased this chair in 2020. When delivered, it had a large tear, so it was replaced. 3 weeks ago as I sat the chair back, a large spring flew out, something I could not fix and apparently will now have a huge impact on it's length of use. It is obviously out of warranty, but I called Macy's to see if they had any repair service that I could pay for with no help at all. Once out of warranty, that's it ! This chair was only used by me and has been used very gently. I was hoping it would at least last me 10 years. It still looks brand new. And, I loved it. Sad that this is over a $1.000 chair that I now get to watch go down the toilet. Better luck to everyone else.
