Gel Nimbus 17 is Awesome! Not the newer version 19

I loved my gel nimbus 17 & bought 19’s; wish the company had not changed the shoe. 19’s do not have the same cushion comfort and have a more narrow toe box. 19’s run smaller and with even buying a size larger, shoe is not comfortable. It is actually painful to wear this shoe. Gave the shoe to my daughter hoping to not waste such a big expense and she also complained of her feet hurting after wearing them. Very disappointed with the change !! Would not recommend new versions of this shoe.

Better Than The Newer Versions!

I have newer versions of Asics Gel Nimbus, but for me, the older the better! In my opinion these 17's are not as narrow, are more true to size, have superior cushioning and much better support. So if you want that walking on clouds feeling, sometimes older IS better!

Falling apart

I purchased these six months ago but could not wear due to being in a surgical boot for over 5 months before and after major foot surgery. Started wearing about 6 weeks ago in initialing walking around home and the color treads inserts on bottom are coming unglued. Not worth the money.

Most comfortable running shoe I've ever bought. Having had two knee surgeries my sneaker choice is very important, with these sneakers I have zero knee pain. Love them!

Best shoe ever!!

I'm a nurse and am constantly on my feet, I've had this pair of shoes for over a year and they're still going strong! I get compliments on them all the time and love how bright the colors are! This is the only brand of work shoe I'll wear

Love, love love!

I have purchased 6 pairs of the GEL-Nimbus 17! I'm a nurse and on my feet all day! These are the best shoes for comfort and support. I hope they NEVER go out of production!

Better than nimbus 18

I do love this show but the Nimbus 15 is still better! The comfort and fit is very good but it really lacks in durability. After 1 month I get a hole where my big toe is. I'm a regular runner and I can't keep a pair for more than 5-6 months because they are literally falling apart by then. Nimbus 18 is not an option because of the sizing issue. Not sure where I will find a good running show but I doubt it will be ascis.
