Nice basic workout shoe.

I found these to be a little stiff at first, but after taking the insole out and putting in my orthotics and wearing them a few times, I found them to be quite comfortable. I would say order up a half size. I think they run a little small. With the orthotic in, I wish they were a little bigger. Others have said they are the most comfortable shoe they have ever worn, but I do not find that to be true for me.

SUPER COMFORTABLE

These are the MOST COMFORTABLE ASICS I have ever owned/wore! I usually am a Gel-Excite 8 model. I wear them everyday to work- working as an elementary art teacher, I am on my feet all day moving around the classroom and school. I also wear them for working out. I tried these shoes bc I loved the colors and look of them, but I cannot believe how comfortable they are! Like being on a supportive cloud all day on my feet! They fit true to size!

Best brand for making your ankles bleed!

I would give this no stars if that option was available. These shoes rubbed my ankles so badly that they bled. I've bought numerous asics shoes and never had a problem. The pointy stiff back fabric and design is just terrible. I tried numerous times to wear these - bloody ankles every time.
