Disgusting

This company is a joke I ordered few items from Macy's and I pay for the items and never received them or had the courtesy to give me an update or notice of been lost well that's the excuse Macy's made it up I purchased this pair or shoes more than a week ago and no update of being shipped out 😡

Never received

Absolutely the worst delivery system!!! Item ordered for delivery. After days of waiting without any notice had to check on the Macy’s website to find out that this package was at a pickup point (it happened with a previous package). Went to the indicated location and there was no package. The employee told me that “maybe” it went to another location!!! No information available. No contact was ever made. I suppose the package is being returned to sender. One thing I have to say is that Macy’s will be going out of business if they continue with the same delivery service.
