I fell in love w/ this ring the first time I saw it (even the hubby said it is SOOO me) and I had been looking for a 2nd ring in place of my wedding ring for awhile since my original ring hardly fits me now with my weightgain, so I order this ring in-store and everything about it was perfect until I accidentally broke the stone within the first 2 weeks (opal is a softer stone and prone to breakage if bumped). Reordered a second time and ring arrived defective w/ an oddly flat-as-pancake stone so I return it. Re-ordered a 3rd time,again arrived defective where the stone was cut lopsided at a 45 degree slant, I was mortified how this would even pass inspection..it was completely unacceptable.Where's the quality control with this company??! My husband & even the Macy’s jewelry rep even suggested I just give it up but I am determined because I love the design of this ring so much. Reordered 4th time, stone color was off and oddly translucent like a moonstone—returned! On my 5th try now..
