Low quality

This chair broke in less than a year. Couldn't get the leg portion to go back in. After turning the chair over I saw that a wooden bar had broken. Since buying this chair it has not moved except for cleaning. Have no idea of how this. would break so easily.

Needs to sit up straighter while upright.

This chair leans back so far in the sitting up position. Very uncomfortable.. When its fully reclined and laying back, that's the only time it's comfortable. Bought as a gift for Mother with a neck and back problem. She sat in it once and couldn't stand it again. Have to call Macy's to return. I wanted her to love this so bad.
