Umm sizing is interesting

So I am all over the place with Avec Les Filles that it’s best to try the items. There was a size 2 and it looked flowy and so I was surprised to see that this fit where normally I am size 10 or 12 depending on the item. With sweater: and jackets I can do small because of the arm lengths and with tops that have zippers I can do 10 or large so it’s all over the place. I just tried their skirt and I am a true size 10. However when ladies post that the sizing of the dress is off then I have to try size 12 and then the V neck is an issue and shows my boobs all over the place lol so it’s better to try their items or just be prepared mentally of a return process.

Cotton and Cute!

I saw this dress worn by an influencer I follow on Instagram, @mothediva. It was love at first sight and I had to have it!! This is such a fun and pretty summer dress. You can wear it to brunch with friends, baby showers, rooftop parties, and even work (with flat sandals) depending on your company’s dress code. Every time I wear it, I always receive compliments. I’m 5’4” with an hourglass shape and a booty and the dress is short without being too short. It’s also versatile with heels or flats. If you’re taller, obviously, this dress may sit and appear shorter on you. It fits true to size for me and I love that it’s 100% cotton. It’s breathable and won’t trap all your body heat in it making you feel like a furnace. Who needs that from a summer dress!
