Vendor is awful

Ordered on Jan 30th, processed on Feb 13th, got on Feb 16th. It was packed very well, the problem was that I got only one ring instead of a set. Called Macy’s, I was told it will be re shipped and I will get confirmation email. Got email “you started a return”. Called Macy’s again. I was told it is supposed to be one ring. Finally it was agreed, it is a set. Unbelievable! I was told my case was send for a second review, the missing ring will be shipped, disregard the return email. I feel I was scammed out of my money. I hope I will not need to file a police report and sue the company. Just terrible. The shipping was done by vendor.

Beautiful

I could not be more pleased with this wedding set. a present for my 26th wedding anniversary. the Brilliance of these diamonds are amazing! not all Macy's stores have them in their store. I was fortunate to find a Macy's that did so that I was able to look at it before I purchased it. I noticed there are other Diamond sets that were a little higher in carat and a little less in price, however, the Brilliance did not compare to this ring. After viewing this at the Macy's store in Moreno Valley, I knew this was the ring for me. I have never had a diamond that was so brilliant. if you're looking for something that Sparkles and I do mean Sparkles this is for you.

beautiful ring for the price!

My ex husband and I are remarrying after 3 years of getting divorced. He surprised me with this lovely set. After our divorce I sold the other set which was princess cut diamonds. It was absolutely beautiful. But this set sets the record straight. The man loves me and I love him.

Exquisite Ring

For reference, I rarely write reviews. I decided to do so because before being gifted this ring by my husband I admired it for a very long time. It certainly looked beautiful on the website and I have noted it at great sale prices throughout the year. After receiving the ring, I couldn’t be more happy with it. The set is of excellent quality. The diamonds are beautiful. One question that caused me some pause from buying the ring was that the center stone’s size couldn’t be found anywhere. I couldn’t get this information even when I called into Macy’s customer service line. After getting the ring, the center stone is 1.62 karats. the ring is certainly a show stopper and I was pleasantly surprised when I received it.
