Decent for the price.

Im not big on yoga so I found a friend to test these out. She claims that the price for the value is worth it and the set is lovely for beginners. She claims that she has used other mats that are nicer and it deducted a star. I did test a few poses but I didn't care much for it and found the blocks didn't help me much either. Easy travel, unless you bring the whole set. For those who enjoy doing yoga outside, I recommend a carrying case or bag to transport all the items.
