Nice exterior. Silicone interior.

I thought this comforter was a winner given the great color selection and the Twin size. When they arrived, the colors were vibrant and the fabric felt like brushed cotton, not microfiber which is actually what it is. If I had noticed that previously, I wouldn't have purchased them. The edges are visibly sewn, and I prefer to see no stitching. However, the deciding factor for me was when I really felt the interior through the fabric, it felt like rubbery gel. I was like, "down alternative"....?...this is a new angle. After checking the product details more closely, I realized the interior is made of silicone. Can you imagine how it washes or how it is to have a huge piece of rubber inside fabric over you? Bare Home, you seem to have good ideas, please consider fiber-fill or a related material that people use in bedding!
