Bare Home Mulberry Silk Pillowcase....

Though Macy's Customer Service has been very helpful, this order has been a complete mess. #1 I was notified by the third party seller of this product that they could not ship to me so I selected a new item and reordered. #2 Shortly, thereafter, the wrong order was delivered to me, an order intended for a person in another state. which I returned. #3 Because I had not received my order, today I went back to Macy' Customer Service where the representative reordered for me. I have had to spend way too much time on this order. Thank you for this opportunity.

The Day of Macy's is Over

Macy's has become a cheap, crappy store, especially the Tacoma Mall store which needs to close or be remodeled! We waited 45 minutes in line just to check out, and that after not finding help for sizing, etc. The poor gal at check out was on her 4th day, and doing a good job, especially with the line getting longer and longer. If Macy's can't pay to get help in the store or provide a clean, not crappy store environment, then just close it!!!
