Perfect Euro Pillow

Perfect Euro pillow insert. Robust 26 inch pillow is perfect fill for my pillow shams. Firm. I think this pillow will hold up well. I was a bit concerned because a couple reviews said the pillows flattened easily. The ones I received, definitely do not. Very full.

Awful packaging led to damaged goods

I’ve noticed how fulfillment services (packaging and shipping) have really declined (unsealed boxes, no packaging materials to protect items, etc.). This pair of down pillows was so compressed and squeezed into a too-small shipping bag that the manufacturer’s plastic packaging and the shipping bag split open. The pillows inside were exposed and dirtied. I know Macy’s can do better, because they had just shipped two other pillows, each separately, in very large plastic shipping bags. Why stuff this pair into such inadequate packaging? Kind of like 10…gallons of down…in a 5…gallon bag.
