Carpets come as described, no surprises

It is difficult buying carpets online in that you really do not get to see and feel them first before purchasing but I found that this company provided lots of detailed information about the carpet I purchased. It arrived amazingly fast (overnight) and I was delighted with it. It lived up to my expectations and I was greatly relieved. I would use this company again for future carpet purchases.

Not for me

In my opinion, the quality seemed poor. The colors and details were not as bright and crisp as I would like them. Also, the rug is very thin. I returned for another rug.
