Looks like garbage

I’m so upset, there are three long white marks to go across the whole rug. The return process is arduous. I wanted this to work so badly, but there’s no way that I can use this rug.

Beautiful and soft

This rug is beautiful and very soft. It is a little lighter in person than the pictures and it changes depending on the lighting. One end is darker like the picture and the other end is lighter, very ivory.
