Service, Style, Quality and Price

I could not have asked for a better customer experience, I think the rugs I purchased are beautiful! My 2 rugs arrived on the date stated when purchasing. Color descriptions were spot on and texture and quality exceeded my expectations. With a little encouragement from some heavy books that I moved around from place to place on the rug, it smoothed out nicely in about 5-7 days. I already had a rug pad which fit nicely under the large rug. My opinion is this rug does need a pad for a little cushion because it is low pile style. No trying to pack a big rolled rug into my compact car to get it home and then lugging it up stairs is worth it’s weight in gold. I’m extremely happy with the style, color and price I paid for 2 rugs and, for the price paid, the quality is excellent!

I Love This Rug!

I love this rug so much! I originally looked at this one for my living room, but ended up getting something else. I came back to it once again now that I'm redecorating my dining room, and I'm SO glad I went with it this time! It's so beautiful in person, and very soft - the quality seems great! I'm thrilled with my purchase so far and I'll likely be coming back to this site (and probably the Oregon Collection) for the next room I work on!

Plush rug, great price!
