Edge support is unreal

I have the brand new model. I can’t keep myself off of it .the edge is so soft yet so firm . It’s like sitting on the edge of a steel beam with the most comfortable pillow on top of it. It just doesn’t give way. SSSSOOOO happy!!!!!

Disappointing

Purchased the comperable mattress four years ago with great expectations of comfort and cooling. It was comfortable foralmost two years, then ther memory foam developed alzheimers and the edges became soft. If one sleeps on their side near the edge of the bed, one could easily roll off of the slope. It does not provide the cooling that it was supposed to. It is bulky and is a challange for senior to rotate. I have been informed that the mattress life is about five years. Pretty short for a mattress whose cost approaches the 4000 dollar mark. In the late 60's our first Sears mattress, made by Simmons, lasted twenty years. This Black class is truely a disappointment and we are again in the market for a new mattress. I consider the Black mattress we purchased to have been a poor value. When doing your mattress research, you will note that companies make it as difficult as they can to compare their products, so knowing what you are getting is a gamble.

24 years sleeping with confort and satisfaction

i bought an Simmons Mattress in abril 1995 in Miami. Today i live in Brazil, my mattress beautyrest is perfect alter 24 years. I love it. But, i bought other Simmons Made in Brazil with Licence Simmons.(flex company) The mattres do not same material and quality from mattres made in USA. This is a problem, i bought the Simmons mattress due the quality and resistence from my Simmons made in USA, and the Simmons made in Brasil do not is the Same Quality.. Could you help me in this problem in Brazil ? Thank you very much. William
