Very Uncomfortable

Do yourself a favor and never ever buy a mattress at Macy’s. I bought one on Thanksgiving sale and ended up without mattress and full of charges. They promised you a lot of things that are not true and then when you want to talk to a manager , there is no Manager at all, they call customer service and give you the phone . I was mistreated over and over and NEVER got an apology.

Not comfortable

This mattress is very hard and if you want to return be ready for a very bad customer service.

Great mattress

Really love the new mattress - very well made and comfy right from the start. I've learned - you get what you pay for and I'm glad I spent the extra money to get the right mattress.

Love the L-Class Medium Firm mattress

We have been happy with Beautyrest mattresses for years, we tried another brand and came back to experience this great product. Partner and I are both side sleepers and very happy, and this mattress is quite a looker!

Hotel like luxury

most people opt for pillow top beds or maybe too firm but the L Class medium by Beautyrest is very solid and luxury hotel like. the medium is not usually on the sales floor so you may have to order one
