High quality but very firm

Amazing quality but a bit firmer than expected. In hindsight, I may have opted for a slightly softer beauty rest mattress. PS. Our delivery team was outstanding!

Disappointing purchase

So disappointed in this mattress. We've barely had it a year and already there are grooves where we sleep, despite turning regularly. This mattress feels like it's 10 years old already. Will not buy again.
