Do not buy mattress!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I hated this mattress from the start but Macys convinced me to wait a little longer then to find out I had to pay a restocking fee so I decided to keep it. 2 years later I can’t even roll over on the bed because my lower back feels like it will break! I am fine all day until I sleep on this bed! It sicks on the center on my side and my husbands side. Terrible! An expensive piece of trash. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me to Macys! Do not purchase a mattress from here ever!! I bought a frame! 2 boc springs for this bed and trash

Medium firm with cooling feature

So far this is living up to its description as medium firm with a cooling feature. I’ve had it 1 week now, and will be taking advantage of the “try-out” period. I’m glad our local Macys store had several mattresses to test in-store before making a purchase… so important to sleep well! I had not purchased a new mattress in several years and was amazed at how thick most of the newer models are; having all of the measurements posted also helped me decide which one to select. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. A good experience!

Low boxspring too low to use old bedskirt

Perfect after buying the Beautyrest ultra firm mattress. The mattress is very thick compared to regular bed mattress. Had to buy a smaller boxspring so didn't have to 'high jump' onto bed...I'm 5'1"

Foundation

It was a low profile and a perfect fit! Delivered on time and both foundations were perfect! I’m happy with my selection. Had I chosen the regular size I would have need s small stool to climb on to get into bed.

Working with Gayle was amazing! She knows the product and worked wit us to get all straightend out sunce we had to return another beautyrest as it was defective.
