So far this is living up to its description as medium firm with a cooling feature. I’ve had it 1 week now, and will be taking advantage of the “try-out” period. I’m glad our local Macys store had several mattresses to test in-store before making a purchase… so important to sleep well! I had not purchased a new mattress in several years and was amazed at how thick most of the newer models are; having all of the measurements posted also helped me decide which one to select. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. A good experience!

Perfect after buying the Beautyrest ultra firm mattress. The mattress is very thick compared to regular bed mattress. Had to buy a smaller boxspring so didn't have to 'high jump' onto bed...I'm 5'1"

It’s not extra plush! It’s firm! Too firm! Bad service!

I bought the plush mattress and every since I’ve been dealing with shoulder and neck pain as well as numbness in arms and legs. I’ve never had these issues until buying this mattress. Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever owned, Would NOT recommend

I love this mattress! Great pressure relief. Not too hard not too soft. Paired with my luxurious Beautyrest pillows, I’m sleeping better than ever!

I bought the cushion firm and it was way too firm. I was waking up with numb arms. So I returned it and ended up buying the plush. There is nothing plush about this mattress. It’s just as firm as the cushion firm. My arms are still going numb. I am a young thin female and have never had that problem. I spent nearly 3k on a mattress that is absolutely horrible. I can’t imagine what the actual firm feeling like.
