Unsleepable

Loved the mattress on the showroom floor but the one delivered felt nothing like the floor model. It felt deflated and I sunk into it from the first night resulting in back and hip pain. Feels like I’m lying in a crevice. Kept hoping I’d get used to it. Couldn’t do comfort exchange because I already used that once. Finally called Macy’s Furniture after 15 months and another night in tears and having to sleep in another bedroom on a different mattress. They determined the mattress is sinking due to “customer fault”. Really?? Bed frame has center support beam. No further explanation given. Macy’s issued me a credit for about 1/3 of the purchase price but it was a pricey mattress even on sale so I’m still out big money. Total waste of money on an overpriced piece of junk. Will never buy another Beautyrest.
