Lost support

I thought this was the best mattress ever after the 120 day sleep trial but 10 months after purchase already have body grooves and my back is hurting again.

Makes no sense, scam qr for no info on THE PURCHASED PRODUCT?!

Scan for registering purchase and then it has a list of mattress that only the manufacturer or selling 3rd party might recognize. Nothing to do with the actual mattress.
