The delivery experience was so professional and smooth. The delivery people actually rolled out a red carpet at my front door! They called ahead, arrived when they said they would and quickly set up my new bed. They were careful not to track in and cleaned up everything before they left. The bed? So comfortable! We love the adjustable settings and the mattress actually feels cool to the touch. We couldn’t be happier :)
This mattress changed my life!
Over a year ago I suffered a major injury to my preriformis muscle, and was only able to sleep on my left side for a year! Once my new mattress arrived, the first night, I slept on my right side! Then I was hospitalized for 6 weeks, and 3 of those were on aweful mattresses as well, so now that I got home (less that a month ago) I still feel like I've died and gone to heaven! It provides the support I need where I need it and does not get too cold or too hot! I live in a climate where it gets very cold in the winter and very warm in the winter so that is important important to me!
7 months later after odor problem
I first reviewed this in January 2017 and complained of a new mattress smell. It prevented us from using the mattress. However the smell was removed by using a Rug Doctor with upholstery attachment and allowing it to dry for 10 days with a fan blowing on it. We live in an area with low humidity so it seemed to dry quickly. This is not recommended by mattress manufacturers nor the Rug Doctor company but it worked for us in this situation. Since then I am very pleased with the mattress. It feels soft yet gives adequate support with no sagging. I initially wanted to return the mattress but my husband thought the return fees were too high so we found a way to remove the chemical smell and make the mattress usable. After this experience I found it is possible to get a note from your physician and order a mattress with no flame retardant. I wish I knew that back in January! Goldilocks is happy now!
Slumber in Comfort
Finally a mattress that is both soft and firm. The Plush Pillow top is a dream to relax into and with the added comfort and firmness of the Memory Foam - a combination beyond compare. My previous brand XXXX memory foam bed was constricting for movement and held body heat. This Beautyrest keeps the heat balanced and a perfect temperature. I frequently sleep from by back to my side and my movements are fluid on this mattress. It took me well into a month to adjust to my prior mattress and in a short week and half I have had no adjustment period, it has been heaven from the start. I was concerned with the increase in mattress height going from 10" to 15". I chose to offset this with the low profile box springs. This netted me with a couple of inches higher and I was able to use my headboard without making adjustments. My deep fitted sheets surprisingly worked just fine as well. Overall, I could not be more pleased. Nicely done, Beautyrest!
Love it
Since receiving this mattress set my sleep has been much deeper and uninterrupted. I wake now ready to get up and those aches and pains I had (thinking they were because I was getting older) are not there anymore. I did chose the low profile box springs due to the height of the mattress, it was a good choice.
Like sleeping on a cloud!
First off, the entire delivery process was second to none. I was called and a delivery day was arranged and then received an email confirmation. I was then emailed a delivery window the day before and called 30 minutes before arrival. Red carpet was laid down and the delivery guys were respectful and careful. Nothing was too much trouble! Now the bed itself. Wow, what luxury. Micro diamond technology and cooling properties. I guess why Tom Brady gets the big bucks to advertise it! Also, the mattress is made to order. They aren't stacked up in a warehouse waiting to be bought. They are made for you! We went from a 13 inch Firm Plush Beautyrest to this 15 inches of plush pillow top and that 2 inches make a huge difference. The mattress looks huge but the same fitted sheet fits perfectly! No new sheets for us though for overhang, we may upgrade eventually to a larger comforter. We selected the low profile box spring - I imagine a Princess and the Pea type experience with the regular box spring. The mattress is beyond plush. It truly is like sleeping on a cloud. It takes a little getting used to coming from a firm plush eruro top but it does make a difference. I don't think we've ever slept better and once you're in, you don't wanna get out! We haven't really had a really hot SoCal night yet but we are anxious to see if the phase change materials keep us cooler. We are looking for a thin cotton mattress protector so we protect the mattress but also one that doesn't detract from the properties of the mattress - you don't need a pad or a topper for extra, extra plushness, just a thin form of protection. We're very happy, no complaints... Well, only that friends and family keep visiting to lie on the mattress to see how something this luxurious feels. The answer - Amazing!
Beautiful and Comfortable!
This mattress set is so beautiful it gives the bedroom a new look! I can feel the quality of the material is very good and it feels soft to the touch. I like that you get to choose the boxspring so the bed is not too high up. I have been sleeping better the past couple of weeks, couldn't be more satisfied with this product! Would definitely recommend this set!!
Amazing Sleep Mattress
Ordered the plush Beautyrest mattress and we have been using it for about 2 weeks now. What a difference. Both my husband and I sleep so much better on this mattress. When one of us rolls over we don't wake the other person. I have had back problems from an old car accident but this mattress really has helped me to have a much better nights sleep. Would highly recommend.
