I truly appreciate the white glove delivery service provided. The delivery team went above and beyond by navigating our narrow staircase and successfully bringing the mattress to the second floor. The mattresses is exactly as ordered. Very comfortable and easier on my back when I bend to change the sheets. Only problem was that I'm a short person so my feet weren't touching the floor when sitting on the bed. So I ordered a pretty step stool that fixed the problem. I'm happy with the purchase.

Two weeks have passed since the bed was delivered. its lumpy and smells like diesel fuel. Not a happy customer !

Delivery and all was fine; I think that the medium firm is a bit too hard for my taste. Entirely my fault; this is a purchase that should have been made in store.

The bed description is wrong. It is NOT Medium Firm. From my experience the mattress should be described as a Soft Medium

Mattress came with a big lump in the middle, followed instructions to not return right away, but allow mattress to adjust itself. It never did, had to call in for a return and replacement with another brand.
