Terrible quality

This mattress was terrible! It was comfy for all of a few months and then the indentation started and went downhill fast. Ended up having to return it before we ended up with permanent back problems. From what I understand this has been discontinued.

I was excited about this mattress but it if of horrible quality. When i first got it, it came damaged so they delivered another. Have had it a little over a year and it’s falling apart and for being such a tiny person the impressions/dents it leaves in are insane. Really disappointed in Macy’s and in Beautyrest. It’s supposed to have the extra support in the middle- yeah no it doesn’t. And there is nothing plush or comfortable about it. I wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your money on it.

Worst. Mattress. Ever.

Impossible to get a warranty replacement or a refund on this piece of garbage. It dents so badly when you sit and/or sleep on it that the depressions exceed 4". After not using the thing (we hid it in our guest room) fir over three months, there is still a 1inch+ depression. Of course this doesn't meet their inspection standard to warrant a defect, but in order to get the 4inch depression to return we would hsve to torture ourselves by sleeping on this piece of garbage again. As someone who has had several spine and neck surgeries, I consider a mattress to be a medical device — and this is just a horrible situation.

Definitely disappointed in the quality

Disappointing- very poor quality.

Less than 3 months after receiving this mattress, the mattress was sunken down in the middle of the mattress from head to toe. I've never seen anything like it. My old 10 year old mattress was in better shape than this one after 3 months. Very disappointing. Macy's did stand behind it. They initially assumed I'd want the same mattress and arranged a delivery date, but when I called, they were willing to let me find a new mattress set entirely.
