Comfortable but too too hot!!

I purchased this bed during Thanksgiving last year. I particularly chose this one because DueCool Technology. I know foam layer usually makes you sleep hot. I did not want it. The mattress in general is comfortable. It is not too hard, not too soft. However, this mattress make me sleep so so so hot. I wake up middle of night, feel so hot and my throat feels so dry. DueCool Technology is not working at all. I have to keep moving on the bed to find the cool spot throughout whole night. I do not know what to do with it. I can not use it at all. I do not recommend this mattress.

Firm and high

purchased for guest bedroom, haven't slept in it yet. But tested out quite a few over a couple of weeks in the store and kept coming back to this one. I just wanted my guests to enjoy a good night's sleep, not move in!

Delivery good but mattress ha odd smell

The mattress and box spring look very nice and came wrapped in heavy plastic so they were clean but there is an odd smell - like thy had been stored in a smoking facility. The delivry guys were totally awesome and excellent!

Great enthusiastic team.

Right on time. They called us 10 minutes out and had the mattress exchanged in 5 minutes. Uciel and Jesus were happy and efficient and took the old mattress wrapped in the plastic the new mattress came in.

Quality as you would expect from Macy's.

This Beauty Rest is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever laid down on. And it was a no-hassle sale, a no-hassle delivery and no drama. Unlike other stores I've dealty with.

Excellent Mattress

Very comfortable mattress! Not too hard and not too soft. Works best with adjustable base! Excellent delivery and set up! Don't let the negative reviews about this mattress sway you. Macy's is very conscientious about reminding you about your delivery.

NOT recommended

I do NOT recommend this mattress. There is a design flaw. After 2 days there were signs of a dip in the middle. After 2 weeks the dip became a crater. I found at least 4 other reviews expressing the same problem so it isn't just me. This is one instance I wish I had read the reviews before buying

Beautyrest Mattress

It is defective. The coil system makes a noise every time you move and it is already sagging after only two weeks use. I am a small person so the problem is not due to body weight. Very disappointed and waiting for a replacement. Hopefully this will be much better.
