Bedford 38” Antique Colonial wall clock

Made in China Chiming sounds very electronic. Four chime settings only on the hour. Cabinet is slightly damaged but hard to notice from outside the clock.

A Handsome Clock

The clock is impressive and well-made. Arrived in excellent condition and was easy to set up and hang, although calibrating the chime and time of day took a bit of 'doing'. It is comparable in appearance to the wind-up register clock it replaced. We'll miss the tick-tock sound and have to get used to the electronic chime. We appreciate the fact that there is a volume control for the chime- a good feature. The 'not good' feature is the fact that in order to make the adjustments and changes necessary, you have to take the clock off the wall. There is no door or access panel from the front. Overall, we're pleased!
