Charged full price for sale item

I purchased this shoe online on June 10 for a sale price. I was charged full price for the item. Now Macy's will not honor their own sale price. When I called customer service to report the error, I was told that I need proof of what the sale price was. Very dishonest! No wonder Macy's is going out of business!

Great!

I purchased the saddle color. It's darker than it shows on my screen, but I am pleased with these beautiful, well-made sandals. The leather is soft and the shoe is comfortable, but it’s the pleating that makes them special. The inside zipper is a plus. Personally, I would have preferred a 1 1/2" heel or even 1 ¾” for more comfort, but then the shoe would look different. It’s not a shoe I will be wearing for many hours.
