Horrible- not durable

Handles broke in first trip which make trekking around Europe very difficult. Would not recommend. Saw that another buyer also had the same issue. Beware.

Luggage

I love my new luggage but one of the handles keeps getting stuck. I’m probably going to have to contact the company. Aside from that, it’s durable, roomy & well made. It wheels great. One really large piece of luggage, another large piece both need to be checked and then the carry on.

poor handle

I bought the luggage set to use international travel. When I prepared the luggages for retuen trip, the handle was broken and off. I am so disappointed. I had to buy the new bag as I cant use the luggage for travel.

Luggage interior releases blue ink

I bought this Luggage Set, and I'm really disappointed. My clothes turned blue because it seems the inside lining of the suitcases releases blue ink. I'm upset because these were new clothes bought for a special trip, and now they're all stained. I strongly recommend not buying luggage from this brand!

horrible product and horrible customer service.

product is garbage. wheel broke on the first use. Macy's will not help in any way. they wont take the return back or replace. when asked for the warranty information, i am told this item does not have any warranty. its been 60 days since the purchase and now i am stuck with a broken luggage set and wasted my money.

ZIPPER on 28 inch is broken

Love these nested suitcase and the color is perfect. I have been waiting for years for a matched set and was so excited over this expensive set. I am using them for the first time and when I went to zip the zipper it would not move. Then I realized it was broken. It would not move. Took photos to show it was not stressed. My return date is February 23 and I won’t be back until March. No option but to use it - not the end of the world just disappointed. Other than that the are wonderful!
